	Independent Study Concurrent Enrollment Credit by Exam

For a full time enrollment, you must bring a current transcript, proof of address, and a $100 cash book deposit. For Concurrent, you must have a $100 cash book deposit plus $50 cash per semester credit fee, a current transcript and the completed CE enrollment form. Enrollment can not be completed without any of the above listed items.
