Best Buddies Santa Run December 5, 2009 Best Buddies is an organization of friendship. The mission of Best Buddies is to establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are very lucky to have this program come to our school. In the high school chapters, students are matched in one-to-one friendships with another student with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This year, we are participating in the Las Vegas Santa Run on December 5th. We will be using this event to help raise money for some of our members to attend Leadership Conference and to submit our chapter dues.
