The goal is to get the students "hooked" on a reading.
During Exploration 2, offered trimester two, each teacher will offer a different series book for students to choose to read. The idea is grab a student’s interest and attention in the first book by discussing the book and doing related activities. Once “hooked” the student will want to read the other books in the series.
