Registration Fees.

All students entering the 7th grade must have the "Tdap" shot prior to starting school.  This is a booster shot for tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis.  Proof of this vaccine must be received in the registrar's office by Friday, August 20, 2010, in order to pick up your class schedule on Welcome Back Day.  Seventh grade students who have not had this vaccine will not be able to attend school until this requirement is met.

The Federal Government has developed new ethnic codes in an effort to provide a more accurate picture of the nation's ethnic and racial diversity. The Federal Government requires all states to provide this information for the reporting of standardized tests such as the CRT. CCSD is requesting your assistance in completing a brief demographic form on-line.
