Biography
He originates from a dark and depressing place called Notheast Ohio.  He escaped from Ohio in the summer of 1999 and and began teaching in beautiful sunny Southern Nevada at Desert Pines High School.  After spending two years there he made a move to Coronado High School where he spent several years.  He was honored with the opportunity to transfer schools and help open up Desert Oasis High School. He thinks the staff, administration, and most importantly the students at DOHS are the best in the valley.

He teaches science because he always loved the subject.  He had great science teachers like Mr. Wade, Mrs. Logan, and Mr. Bellas when he was growing up and they sparked an interest that has stayed with him to this day.  But, let’s not forget to mention his high school English teacher, Mr. Kretser, who inspired him to become a teacher in the first place. Mr. Kretser was not only a teacher, but a role model for Mr. Draa.  One of just many great teachers he had, but the one who challenged him to not only be a good student, but a good man.
