Hi, my name is Jamie Agresti, the Principal of Wing and Lilly Fong Elementary School. It is sincerely an honor to be given the opportunity to work for such a special school and I am thrilled to return home. When Fong opened in 1990 I was selected as the Physical Education teacher.

I taught P.E. at Fong Elementary for 15 years and enjoyed every minute of it. I then had the opportunity to be the Assistant Principal at Dorothy Eisenberg Elementary School for 3 years. I was fortunate to be given this time to work with Mr. John K. Ligon, the remarkable principal at Eisenberg. I feel his generous mentorship style prepared me to serve as Fong Elementary School’s Principal.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and attended Bertha Ronzone Elementary School, Brinley Middle School and then graduated from Western High School in 1984.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Physical Education from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV) and my Masters of Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University here

in Las Vegas. I am married and have two sons that both attend schools in the Clark County School District. Las Vegas is an amazing city and I feel blessed to be part of the Clark County School District for over 35 years as a Student, Teacher and Principal.

As I stated above I think of Fong as my home away from home. I have been a part of this community and have built many longstanding relationships. I have recently learned that I taught the parents of some of our students when they attended Fong. Students, and their families are the reason for my job and will always be my priority. If at any time you have questions, please call our school at 799-4890.

Respectfully,
Jamie Agresti

Pamela HaysAssistant Principal Pamela Hays

Hi, my name is Pamela Hays. I’ve been a part of the Fong school community for the past two years, all which have been filled with great events.

I feel fortunate to work with such a wonderful group of teachers, students, and families every day. I am proud of our school’s hard work and our continued progress to meet the needs of each child we serve.

My favorite part of my job is being in the classroom with students and watching the excitement of learning in action.
