Thank you for visiting our website. Charles and Phyllis Frias Elementary opened in 2003 and is currently serving 1150 students in grades pre-K through five.
Frias Elementary is in the Southwest Region of the Clark County School District, and we strictly adhere to the district goal that students will have the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and ethics necessary to succeed academically and will practice responsible citizenship.
Our mission at Frias Elementary is to create a partnership between school, home, and community, fostering a positive nurturing environment in which individuals can reach their maximum potential educationally, emotionally, and socially.
