Paws Up
Harris students continue to enjoy the "Paws Up" before and after school program. They work very hard duringthe academic hour, focusing on improving their math and reading skills, and also interact with peers who have comparable reading or math skills in a small group setting. Their goal is to improve their reading or math skills during this academic hour. The second hour of "Paws Up" provides a variety of enrichment classes for students to choose from. The enrichment classes include pottery, computers, board games, cooking, mariachi, and an art class entitled Arts Attack. We will offer two more sessions before the end of the school year. Currently we are on a waiting list status for additional students. If you would like to have your child join "Paws Up", please inform your child's teacher. We will contact you as soon as we have openings in the program. Go Paws Up and Go Tigers! |
