| Welcome to the Marc Kahre
Elementary web site. Marc Kahre Elementary, accredited by the Northwest
Association of Schools, is home of the Kahre K-9's. On May 11, 1989,
approval was given to inscribe the name Marc A. Kahre on this educational
facility. Officer Kahre had a distinguished and meritorious career.
It is a tribute for him, his family, and the Las Vegas community.
Those most honored are the children who are educated in this school, for
their school name portrays dignity, service, honor, and completion of a
task done well.
At Marc Kahre Elementary School we are committed to educational excellence. The Kahre staff assists students in discovering their talents and how to apply them. Students learn that cultural differences shouldn't stand in the way of understanding. Parents are encouraged to become involved in the learning process as well. We believe our children are winners due to the combined effort of our parents, teachers, and staff! |
