What does your start time mean?

 

"A" Arrival Schedule

Mon - Thurs
8:30 - 2:41

Friday
8:30 - 2:00

You can ONLY attend an afternoon academy.

 

  

 

"B" Arrival Schedule

Mon - Thurs
9:42-3:53

Friday
9:42 - 3:12

You can ONLY attend a morning academy.

 

If you are on the “A” arrival schedule, your school day begins at 8:30 am. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays:

In the morning, you are either:

1. Coming in to school from home. Do not arrive earlier than 8:20 am because there is no playground supervision until 8:20 am.

OR

2. In Safe-Key. From Safe-key, head to the Sunshine Rays on the black top at 8:30 am to meet your teacher. You must be enrolled in Safe-Key to attend.

Your dismissal time is 2:41 pm. At 2:41 pm, you either:

1. Go directly home.

OR

2. Go to Safe-Key.

OR

3. Head to your academy which is from 2:45 pm-3:45 pm. You have to be registered in that particular academy to attend. After your academy, you have the option to go directly home or go to Safe-Key.

On Friday, everyone has early dismissal.

  • Arrival remains the same 8:30 am
  • Dismissal time changes to 2:00 pm
  • But your options remain the same as listed above.

 

 

 

If you are on the “B” arrival schedule, your school day begins at 9:42 am. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays:

In the morning you are either:

1. Coming in to school from home. Do not arrive earlier than 9:27 because there is no playground supervision before 9:30 am.

OR

2. Coming in at 8:30 am to attend your academy. You have to be registered in that particular academy to attend. Your academy time ends at 9:40 am. From your academy you will head to your sunshine line to attend morning opening and join the rest of your class.

OR

3. In Safe-Key. From Safe-key, head to the Sunshine Rays on the black top at 9:42 am to meet your teacher.

Your dismissal time is 3:53 pm. At 3:53 pm, you either:

1. Go directly home.

OR

2. Go to Safe-Key.

On Friday, everyone has early dismissal:

  • Arrival remains the same at 9:42 am
  • Dismissal time changes to 3:12 pm
  • But your options remain the same as listed above.
