Greetings Ward Wolves! I am Mrs. Cayer and I am thrilled to be a member of the faculty at Kitty Ward Elementary. Teaching is my dream job and I feel so lucky that I get to spend my days working with children. I realize that each day I have an opportunity to touch the future through the lives of the students I teach.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from West Texas A & M University and my master’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University. I have been teaching in for the Clark County Schools since 2001. Before moving to Nevada, I worked in Clovis, New Mexico as a classroom teacher, Title I Reading teacher, and Federal Program Specialist.
My husband, James, teaches 4th grade at Kitty Ward, and we love being at part of the lives of students and families at this awesome school. Together we are "Great and Getting Greater!" |
