Warm and welcoming are the words that come to mind upon entering the school environment at John F. Mendoza Elementary School. This is my sixth year at Mendoza, first as principal, and I continue to experience and enjoy the communal spirit of caring, collaboration and commitment to providing a most successful learning environment for staff, students and families.

Although new to Mendoza, it has been a pleasure to come in and work with such an extremely supportive community. I want to take a moment to encourage all our students to give their best effort each and every day. Our school is full of caring individuals who work hard to ensure academic success for all students.
