Procedures to enroll a child from out of state.

Bring the following:

2 current utility bills(in parent / guardian's name)
or lease and utility bill
or mortage/escrow paper and utility bill.

and Birth Certificate

and Immunization Record including the HEP-A Shot that became regulation as of July 1, 2002.

and Transfer paper including current grades from prior school.

Bring the following:

2 Current utility bills (in parent / guardian name)
or lease and utility bill
or mortage/escrow paper and utility bill

and release and transfer paper from prior school.
