Greetings from the Sue H. Morrow PTA;
 
Welcome to the 2009/2010 School year.  We are excited to be starting a new year with some new officers.  We look forward to meeting more Sue Morrow families and helping our children have an amazing year. 
 
We encourage all parents to join the PTA.  Your membership donations contribute in many ways.  On the State level, your membership is one more voice to the Nevada State Legislature, where the real decisions that affect our children are being made.  On our school level, membership donations help fund school programs and field trips, purchase supplies, and provide family friendly events.  Parent support is also very important to the PTA and to our school.  We know that in our society today there are many things that can take our time away from our children.  We hope that even if you have limited time to help out physically, you would still be willing to support the school by joining PTA.
 
Another way parents can support the PTA, is by participating enthusiastically in our fundraisers.  We hold a few fundraisers each year, which are the main source of incoming funds for the PTA.  We strive to provide great quality products or services through reputable fundraising companies.  Again, your participation in these fundraisers is a huge help for our PTA.
