Using Metasearch engines

Metasearches means that you are using multiple search engines to search
many databases simultaneously. These websites can only use keyword
searches. Sorry no boolean operators allowed.

Using the Invisible Web

Other sites called the Invisible web take a deep look into otherwise hidden places for the
most obscure or "difficult-to-find" information. The following are part of this special group:


Using other non-standard sites

These sites are usually used as a last resource, because these are maintained
by individuals or groups and can contain misinformation. They are useful for the general
ideas. However, always check your information against other reputable sites.
