Fundamentals

This first year course is designed as an introduction to the aerospace and aviation profession. Students will learn the history of flight, developmental trends, principles of flight and navigation, the flight environment, the missions and roles of today's aerospace vehicles, fundamentals of rocketry, space travel, and the physiology of flight.
