Where do I get my login and password information?

Your child should have brought home a letter with this information.  If you did not receive the information, contact the front office at Scherkenbach ES and request the information.

What if I lose my password?

Contact Tom Reed via e-mail, or the front office at Scherkenbach (799-3401) and they will issue you a new password.

How do I login to the ParentLink system?

What if I have students at different schools and I receive a login and password from a different school? Or What if my spouse and I want to use the same login to access the system?

The system will allow you to merge all of your accounts.  Click on the Merging Accounts Link (English). (Spanish)

What if there is an error with my account information? (misspellings, wrong phone numbers, etc.)

Contact the front office at Scherkenbach and they will correct the information.  If you change your phone number please contact the front office so that the system will be able to contact you.

What if my child transfers to another CCSD school or moves up to middle school?

The account goes with them until they complete high school as long as they are enrolled in a CCSD school.

What time of day does the system contact me?

The system will try to contact you between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.  The system will contact you through the phone system and send a message to your ParentLink account.  If there are multiple messages and you have multiple students at the school, the system will consolidate the messages into one phone call.
