West Prep High School students voted for new guidelines associated with student dress.
MALE & FEMALE high school students attending West Prep MUST wear the following:
Shirts:

Grey or Black collared shirts
Shirts must be “Polo” style only
Grey or Black sweatshirt
Sweatshirt may also be worn, but the Grey or Black collared shirt must be worn underneath. No Hooded sweatshirts are permitted on campus for safety reasons.
Sweaters/Coats:
Grey or Black Sweaters or Coats may also be worn, but you must wear the collared shirt under the coat.
Note: NO LOGOS except the school’s logo can be worn on shirts, sweaters, or coats.
Pants:
Pants must be Black, Khaki or Navy Bl
NO Jeans or Capris allowed.
No sagging; Clothing worn underneath must not show.
Skirts:
Female Students may wear Black, Khaki or Navy Blue skirts below the knee.
Backpacks:
Backpacks are not allowed in the classrooms. Unauthorized backpacks will be confiscated
Any student violating the Standard Student Attire WILL NOT be allowed to attend classes. Parents will be notified and may immediately bring a change of clothing if a student is in violation. If a parent is not available to drop off clothes, students may be assigned to In-House Suspension for the remainder of the day. Subsequent violations may result in Request for Parent Conference, Required Parent Conference (RPC), or Suspension for continued failure to follow school rules and regulations. The principal shall retain the authority to grant exceptions for special occasions/conditions.
