Hello and welcome to the middle school division page. I am Monica Cortez, Assistant Principal over curriculum, attendance, and truancy. This year we are focusing on providing support for students to be successful so that they all can advance to college. We have traditional academic classes offered, as well as, enrichment classes in language arts and mathematics. We also have an elective class for students who want to learn about creating and producing their own music using technology. Our students have the opportunity to take seven classes a day, which allows some students the opportunity to advance to the next grade level of mastery at a faster rate.
Next year more classes and opportunities for our students to experience in the college arena will be available. We are excited to be the only school that offers a wide curricular variety for our secondary students. Please check our academic and technology programs.
