Ms. Wolfe traveled worldwide, experiencing and sharing adventures as varied as rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, touring Iron Curtain countries, and snorkeling The Great Barrier Reef. All of these experiences gave her cultural information which she willingly shared with the children.
Ms. Wolfe's hunger for knowledge was unceasing. She continually sought new information which she used at every opportunity to expand her own horizons and to enrich the lives of others. Even the most difficult of life's situations--including her own bout with cancer--were turned into thought-provoking, probing, questioning opportunities for adults and students alike.
Accessibility and sensitivity came naturally to Ms. Wolfe. She made events in others' lives a special part of her own. She had the unique ability to sense needs in others and chose very special ways to fill those needs.
Ms. Wolfe set a fine example for others to follow. She modeled professionalism, integrity, hard work, joy, humor, courage, and an unending compassion for children. Her impact in the Clark County school District is deep and broad.
