When efforts to resolve concerns informally
do not produce satisfactory results, the person with a concern
may formalize the complaint by putting it in writing and attaching
it to this form. (Spanish)

It is very important that your child's school has correct home phone numbers and emergency contact numbers on file in the office. In case of emergency, the office does need to be able to get in contact with parents/guardians concerning your child's health/welfare. If any information such as job location, phone numbers, physician, or emergency contact changes, please notify the office immediately.
Students new to Elaine Wynn must complete a Registration Form available in the school office. (A Spanish version is also available) Nevada State Law also requires parents to provide the following materials:
New to Clark County School District:
- Proof of address, such as a lease agreement
- Proof of child's identity
- Up-to-date medical information
Transfering from another school within the Clark County School District:
- Transfer records from previous school
- Proof of address, such as a lease agreement.
WYNN & ROUNDY ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
Wynn and Roundy Elementary Schools will be sharing an attendance zone. To determine if you live within our attendance zone please visit the Clark County School District web site. The placement of students will be based on address and availability of classroom seats at each school site. Addresses ednign with an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) will initially register at Elaine Wynn Elementary School and addresses ending with an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) will initially register at Dr. C. Owen Roundy Elementary School. Once classroom seats are filled at either site, families may be asked to register at the sister school regardless of their address to maintain a balance and class size at both school sites.
